South Lake Tahoe Communal Ski Cabin 20s + 30s

Join our 4 month ski lease (Dec 13 – Apr 14) in South Lake Tahoe, close to the Y. We are cultivating a communal environment where everyone is friendly with each other. The cabin includes a grill, dishwasher, washer/dryer, and a few parking spots.

About our ski cabin
This cabin is a great fit for people who work from home and love to ski. As people are working from home, this space is not a party environment and noise levels are limited. Existing members are in their late 20’s – early 30’s and are skiing on the Epic Pass. We have one small dog staying at the cabin; additional pets are not allowed.

About the sleeping arrangements
The cabin includes 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. Two bedrooms have one queen sized bed, and the third bedroom contains a full sized bed. We’ll use a Google spreadsheet to coordinate stays, so you will always have access to a private bedroom while at the cabin. This is not a full-time residence, you must have a full-time residence elsewhere.

Cost

The membership fee is $2500 per person or $3000 per couple. That gets you access for all 4 months (Dec 13 – Apr 14).
