South Lake Tahoe Ski Lease Share with Hot Tub (Jan 2, 2026 – May 2)

We’re looking for a few folks or families to join our ski lease in South Lake Tahoe this season (Jan 2 – May 2). Our 2400 square foot 4-bedroom, 2-bath home is centrally located between Heavenly (15 min), Sierra (15 min), and Kirkwood (40 min), nestled next to protected National Forest land. Good for backcountry skiing too!

This home is owned by two super friendly guys, Ryan who lives in Oakland, and Jeff and his family who live in Petaluma. We’ve owned this home for 12 years and enjoy sharing it with others who appreciate the mountains. Highlights include an open floor plan, hot tub, new furnishings and appliances. We coordinate stays via a shared calendar to ensure everyone gets plenty of dates without overcrowding. Please note this isn’t a work-from-home setup—it’s geared toward relaxation and outdoor adventure. Members often keep their skis, boards, and winter clothes at the house for the season so you don’t have to remember to pack everything when you come up.

Costs run $1800/person, $2800/couple, and ~$400/kid for the entire season (utilities and snow plow service included).

We typically rent it out on AIRBNB on MLK and President’s weekend to keep costs down, however if we get enough folks signed up we can potentially keep those weekends for the ski lease. You can also bring guests for an additional fee.
