Ski Lease Share Term:

January 6th – May 6th, 2026

Pricing & Membership Options

*all memberships INCLUDE utilities

– Mid-Week Membership: $1,950/season + $800 deposit
– Stay Monday-Thursday. Weekend stays are possible with a $40/night guest fee if space allows.
– Weekend Membership: $2,800/season + $800 deposit
– Weekend members may stay mid-week if space allows (no additional fee required).
– Couples: Couples receive a 10% discount on seasonal rent (deposit excluded)
– Full-time Member: $1375/mo with designated private bedroom (shared bathroom)
– Guest Fee: $40/night for each guest. Payment must be received within 24hrs of departure, without exceptions. There is a limit to 3 guests at a time during storm months/weekends, late spring may permit more as space allows. Any single guest cannot stay more than four nights in a season.
– The house will NOT be overfilled. If a member is in the house, they will have a bed.

House Amenities

– 4 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms / washer & dryer
– Hot tub ?
– Flat driveway with ample parking (no garage)
– Shared Costs: Members will contribute to shared items such as toilet paper, hand soap, paper towels, fire wood, plow service, etc. (this is all factored into utilities)
– Pets: well behaved dogs may be considered for an additional fee

House Culture

– Experienced Adventurers: We seek like-minded individuals who love the outdoors.
– Laid-back Environment: We’re not a party house, but we love to après, share meals, and have relaxed evenings by the fire. – Shenanigans welcome!—within reason.

– WhatsApp & Google Calendar: Used for coordination, scheduling, and member communication.

4. **If you are selected and need to cancel before the season begins, you will be responsible for finding an approved replacement, subject to agreement by the House Manager.
