A warm, inviting 1,900 sq. ft. mountain cabin with panoramic Sugar Bowl views and a 37-acre greenbelt out back — peaceful, private, and conveniently close to town.

Each private room includes:

You’ll have privacy on the lower level with access to main living areas and kitchen upstairs.

Dates: January – April 2026 (4 months)
Rate: $2,000/month per room ($8,000 total)
Use: Ideal for part-time seasonal residents — come up whenever you’d like, no blackout dates or rotation schedules.
