Join a 2-story, 4-bedroom ski lease home in Truckee for 2025/26; we cap the ski lease share to a maximum of 10 fellow skiers to enjoy the house for this and future ski seasons.

We’re a Ski Community with Members who like to have fun, enjoy apres ski, and are good, respectful housemates to the property, and each other. Join with members to carpool, for Taco nights with margaritas, and other fun activities.

The Terms

Season: December 1, 2025 to April 30, 2026.
Cost: $2200 for the entire season.
Utilities and wifi are included.

Each person will be allowed a maximum of 12 nights per month.
There will be a maximum of 10 paid members included in the shared lease.
Founding members will have priority for all future ski seasons.

House Details
There is a full kitchen, dining room and living room with a fireplace that is community space for all to use.
Bedrooms

There are two bedrooms as part of the lease, each has 4 beds (2 bunks each). I’ve participated in other ski leases and rarely did 50% of the people show up on any given day, even powder days.

There is also another bedroom with a queen bed that may be available from time to time when I don’t have a guest using it.

There is a master suite that will be used by me (owner).

There is a jacuzzi for all to enjoy.

You will have space to store your skis and gear in the garage.

Snow plow service for the driveway is included with your membership.

Each room will have a small work area (desk, chair, monitor).

House Rules
Beds and rooms are first come first served. Regardless, everyone should be flexible for special circumstances to help each other out.

Guests are allowed for $50/night. Bedding is provided or you can bring your own. If you use the bedding from the house, it must be laundered before you leave.

Deposit and Important Dates
A $300 deposit will reserve your spot!
Full payment of the remainder is required by October 31st.
