2025/26 Donner Lake Ski lease Share two member spots available in 3 bedroom, 2-bath modified A Frame cabin w/ easy access right off Donner Lake. We have a big flat driveway with plow service. Furnished kitchen, living room with flat screen, dining room, and gas fireplace.

This is a home share with your own bright, south-facing private bedroom with plenty of natural light is available in a spacious 3-bedroom, 2-bathroom home in a beautiful quiet part of Truckee; includes utilities and a private bathroom, and this home is perfect for a single occupant who is clean, tidy, quiet, and respectful.

Private room and loft for ski share couple or family. The cabin is 4 houses from the Sugar Bowl Gondola, a five minute walk. Arrive and leave your car parked! Walk to the Sugar Bowl Gondola. Watch the ski slopes from the kitchen window.

Serene Lakes ski lease share 4 Bedroom 2 Bath house for the winter season. It’s like a “destination resort” with Royal Gorge trails and fabulous backcountry powder ascents right out the back door and two frozen skiable lakes right out the front door. Easy access to Sugarbowl, Soda Springs and Donner Ski Ranch.

We have a few slots open in our ski share just north of Tahoe City in Carnelian Bay. Ski lease dates are Jan 4 – May 04. We are a group of Bay Area professionals who value a friendly and relaxed cabin vibe. Most of us ski/board at Palisades/Alpine Meadows, a 20 minute drive away. Northstar and Homewood are all also within 20-25 minutes.

This spacious five-bedroom cabin is a short drive to Northstar and Palisades, and easy access to the fun of Truckee. It has 5 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, large kitchen, giant living room, game room, 3 study area, 10+ parking spots, a hot tub, and even includes HOA amenities such as swimming pools, hot tubs, saunas, steam rooms, a weight room and more, just a 5 min walk away! The other two cabins are located by Palisades Tahoe and Heavenly.

We have mid-week and full ski lease share membership spots in our 4-bedroom 2.5-bath cabin just 20 minutes from Alpine/Palisades in Tahoe City. We welcome conscientious guests who would like to join avid skiers and snowboarders for the winter from January 13th – May 21st. The home comes with a large entertainment space upstairs, 65 in TV, gas fireplace, storage area for gear, multiple decks and hot tub.

Join our 4 bedroom, 4 bath house in Tahoe Donner neighborhood just a few minutes from Truckee from Dec 20 – April 20th. It’s about 20 minutes to Sugarbowl, Palisades Tahoe and Northstar. We’d love to share the house with 1 other family. The house has two master bedrooms with ensuite bath, and there are two rooms for kids. $3200 per month (includes 1 master and 1 kid room)

As of Oct 21, 2025, this ski lease is full. We have memberships available in our 2025/26 five-month winter ski lease, Dec 12- May 11, which includes ALL holidays, in Olympic Valley. The house is ideally located – only one mile to the lifts and Village at Palisades. Luxury amenity: take advantage of the Mountaineer, a free in-valley app service that runs shared vans that will pick up / drop off between the house and anywhere in the valley. Palisades will be charging for parking this year so this is a huge benefit.
