How to create a Google Contact Form?

It’s easy to create a Google Form:

Go to forms.google.com (link opens in a new window)

– Click the + button in the top left corner
– Name your form
– Add a photo of your ski lease or use a stock image to the top of the form
– Add questions to your form by clicking the + button
– Click the Preview (eye) button in the top-right corner of the page to test your form
– Also, you can choose a template to create a form quickly: Google Forms offers pre-made templates to use.

* IMPORTANT: Remember to test your contact form by submitting the form to yourself and/or have family and friends test it out for you to verify that it works.

How to manage your Google Contact Form responses

Turn response notifications on or off
Open a form in Google Forms.
At the top of the form, click Responses.
Click More :
Click Get email notifications for new responses.

Tip: To get more notifications options and send customized follow up emails to respondents, get the Form notifications add-on.
