“Get insights quickly, with Google Contact Forms. Easily create and share online forms and surveys, and analyze responses in real-time.” – Google Forms

Most importantly: save time with the ability to see at a glance all ski lease applicants and their answers to your ski lease share application. In addition, using a contact form prevents spam to your inbox by not showing your contact email directly.

Time saving tip: how to use a Google Contact Form to Screen Ski Lease Applicants

Key to creating an effective contact form is to be clear and concise; aside from name, email and contact number, it’s best to ask no more than four to five screening questions.

Here are some key questions ski lease organizers have asked on their contact forms:

  • Tell us a little more about yourself and how you see yourself being a good match to join our ski lease share?
  • Where do you live, and are you interested in carpooling? (ride share with others and/or provide a ride to others)?
  • What's your normal ski schedule (e.g., mostly weekends, mostly mid-week, mix of weekends and mid-week)?
  • When and how do you expect to use the house?
  • What do you value most (or least) in a ski house environment?
  • Are you comfortable contributing to house chores?
  • Please share your LinkedIn profile, if you have one.
  • Are there any questions you have for us?
  • Best practices tip: state when you’ll contact the applicant to follow up, such as:

“After submitting the contact form, we’ll schedule a phone call or video meeting (Zoom, Google Meet, etc.) to get acquainted and answer any questions you may have within 1-2 days.”
