Tahoe Donner Ski Lease Share With Hot Tub – Get Your Own Private Room

Join a newly renovated shared house in Tahoe Donner from Jan 4 – April 30. Get your own private bedroom for the season. House is 5 bedrooms 3 baths. It has a covered hot tub and BBQ grill on the deck for everyone to enjoy.

There is already 1 small dog in the house so not looking to add more. No smoking indoors or on the deck. Part-time snow enthusiasts not intending to stay for more than 2 weeks at a time. Looking for clean, respectful, and quiet couples or families to share the house with. Everyone is expected to pick up and clean up after themselves. If you’re looking to party, this is not the house for you.

The lease is for 4 months. Below are the monthly room costs. Total cost will be room cost plus utilities.

– Room 1: Full-size bed (sleeps 2): $900/mo
– Room 2: Full-size futon + desk (sleeps 2): $1000/mo
– Room 3: Bunk bed with queen bottom/twin top 175 lb capacity (sleeps 3): $1350/mo
– Room 4: En-suite bathroom, walk-in closet, and large private deck, queen bed (sleeps 2): $1600/mo
– Room 5: Master bedroom/bathroom reserved for owner
