Join Our Amazing Ski Lease!
We’re looking for up to 4 (individuals or couples) to join our ski lease in a beautiful ** 6-bedroom Olympic Valley home **, just minutes from Palisades Tahoe. The house will have a total of around 10–12 members, so there’s plenty of space and a great balance of community and comfort.

Location: Olympic Valley walking distance to Palisades
Bedrooms:6 (3 with private vanities) + 1 bonus room

About Us
We’re a group of skiers and snowboarders ranging from our mid/early 30s to early 40s. When there’s fresh snow, we like to get up early to shred but also enjoy a good après. We’re friendly outdoor enthusiasts who love making the most of winter in Tahoe.

– Respects shared spaces and good communication
– Brings positive, easygoing energy to the group
Lease Details
– Dates: January 9 – May 10, 2026
– Cost: $3,300 + $700 deposit = $4,000 per person for the full season. This includes rent, deposit, utilities, Wi-Fi, snow removal, and hot tub service)
– Any leftover funds at season’s end including will be evenly refunded.
– Utilities Included: Heating, electricity, water, high-speed internet, and trash removal, snow removal, hot tub services
House Rules:
– No Smoking: Smoking is not permitted inside the house.
– No Pets: We love pets, but they are not allowed in the house.
– Respect Shared Spaces: Keep common areas clean and be considerate of fellow housemates.
– Guest Policy: Guest fees are $50 per nightContact
