Truckee Gateway Ski Lease | Walk to Safeway | 5 Months (Mid-Dec to Mid-May)

4 bedroom / 3 bath house with 7 beds. We’re primarily looking for singles to take the twin beds in the 4th bedroom but ski lease members will have opportunities to stay in the 2 private rooms with queen beds.

Unfortunately no hot tub, but the best part of this house is the location: it’s walking distance to Safeway and Grocery Outlet plus several other shops/restaurants. Standard amenities that are typical at other ski leases are included.

Must be OK with dogs as we have 3 small (and very cute) dogs that will be running around the house.

We’re mostly working professionals so not a party house. We have a handful of part-time snowboard/ski instructors in the house and would be happy to help new members progress their riding/skiing. Would also love to meet other snowboarders interested in ground tricks.

Located in Truckee near the highway 80/89 intersection and within a 6 minute walk to the Truckee Safeway. The house is a ±15 minute drive to both Northstar and Palisades (without snow/traffic). Very conveniently located within walking distance to the Gateway Shopping Center and restaurants/stores like Grocery Outlet, Safeway, Panda Express, Port of Subs, Siam Cuisine, and Tahoe Mountain Sports.

Cost

Quad membership = $3,000 per person for 5 months (mid-Dec to mid-May). Also looking for weekday only members at a discounted rate. We have space for one couple (Queen membership) as well. Message for further details.
