Ski Lease spaces are available in the legendary “Bunker House”. The property – built by coaches and members of the U.S. Olympic and World Cup Ski and Cycling Teams – is located in Olympic Valley ~1 mi from Palisades Tahoe. Avoid the traffic by staying in the valley. Avoid driving by using the FREE Mountaineer service (7:00 AM – 11:00 PM).

About the lease share membership:
The lease is limited to no more than 14 people so everyone gets a bed at any and all times – no need to schedule weeks in advance, only to have your plans change or risk missing a powder day because the house is full. Open lease spots are part of a lease share that includes 2 bunk rooms (each room sleeps 4-6 ppl), a Queen bedroom that includes a pull-out sofa, and 3 full baths.
We love furry friends, but unfortunately, pets are not allowed
We welcome friendly and considerate guests on a limited basis and for a fee
Lease membership is not available as a primary winter residence
About Us
Current members include professionals of all ages (mid 20s – mid 50s).
We are kind, considerate, and clean. We respect the property and each other!
We are skiers and snowboarders of varying skill levels
We enjoy a social apres session, hanging out together at home or dining out, etc, – BUT we are NOT a party house. If that is what you are looking for – great! – but sorry this is not it.
Rate: approximately $3350-$3500 plus ~$1500 deposit for security, utilities, supplies, snow removal, cleaning, etc. (Final rate to be determined based on number of members). Any leftover funds at season’s end, including guest fees, will be evenly refunded.
