Join our 2026/27 ski lease; great location on the west side of Lake Tahoe (Tahoma), comfortably sleeps 9 but can fit up to 12.
Two-story house with a 5 car driveway. Ski lease goes from December 21 2026 to May 9 2027, when you’re on the lease you have as much access to the house as you’d like. We coordinate through a google sheet for who is going up when, mostly making sure there’s enough space in the driveway.
Guests are welcome, guest fees are $30/night Weekdays (sun-thurs) and $60/night Weekends (fri/sat). Unfortunately no animals are allowed – this is a restriction from the landlord.
House has great wifi if you are interested in working up there, multiple people have been on zoom calls with no issues. We also have a great hot tub that fits up to 4 people on the 2nd floor patio, best when it’s snowing outside.
We’re looking for similar people interested in game nights and socializing when not on the mountains skiing. We’re largely a group of early/late 30’s working professionals, we have 9 people on the lease returning from last year looking for 2 more folks to join the house. We tend to quiet down around 10pm on, definitely not a large party house but we do enjoy plenty of cocktails/wine/beer and are 420 friendly.
Cost
$2000 total for the 4.5 month lease per person. Before joining the lease plan on a video call for ~30 minutes to help meet and answer questions, see if it’d be a good fit.
