Kings Beach Ski Lease Share with Hot Tub
Join our amazing ski lease this season! We have a 4 bed/2.5 bath 3,000 sq foot house conveniently located just 7 minutes from North Star and 25 minutes from Palisades/ Alpine.
The price per person for the season (January 6 – May 6, 2026) is $3,160 + a refundable deposit of $790 = $3950. Everyone splits the cost of utilities equally as well.

– 4 Bedrooms (8 beds / 2.5 baths) + space for setting up another bed/fold out mattress in the loft.

About Us:
We are 8 Bay Area based professionals in our mid 30s to early 40s + three friendly well behaved dogs. Non smokers.
Because we already have some furry friends on the lease we are unfortunately unable to accept any more animals on the lease. No children either unfortunately
We are a mix of skiers and boarders, and of intermediate to experts. We like to share meals and a few beers but keep it mellow and ski focused (Ie no parties).
Costs:
The price per person for the season (January 6 – May 6, 2026) is $3,160 + a refundable deposit of $790 = $3950 total. This includes the cost for snow removal, internet access, hot tub cleaning and a monthly cleaning. On top of this we are responsible for paying for the electricity and gas, which we split equally.
We charge guest fees of $50/night per person as a way to offset some of the utility costs.
