We have membership spots in our 2026 ski lease share in Truckee/Donner Lake area. The three-level, three bedroom, three full bath house features a 1st floor rec room with 8-ft pool table and wet bar that also serves as a guest suite.
Other features: wood-burning stove, 1-GB internet, large-screen TVs, hot tub, level driveway with 2-car attached garage.
Cost
A queen bedroom is available for exclusive private use Jan. 2-Apr. 30, 2026. $6000 per couple.
Non-exclusive membership is $2500 per person for Jan-Apr. Utilities, Internet, snow removal included. Dogs considered for extra fee.
