Well-appointed Tahoe Donner 2026-27 Ski Lease Share

Come enjoy the upcoming wicked super El Nino ’26 Winter (some say largest in 1,000 years!) in our exclusive 3100 square feet well-appointed home in Tahoe Donner.

Almost all of our members have been coaches and/or parents of kids on Alpine or Palisades ski and ride team so we tend to get out early, beat the crowds and ski bell-to-bell. Everyone enjoys both the company of having a shared house as well as the ability to come mid-week or anytime the powder falls.

We limit our house to a maximum of 4 families/couples/groups or approximately 8 adults and your kids so it is always fun but never crowded.

If you have a larger family, we have a king primary + loft still available, or if it is just you and a friend then perhaps a smaller room in the house will do. Guests are welcome as long as everyone knows who is coming; no guest fees charged.

Sometimes we will hit Pizza on the Hill, Woodward, or head to Reno for ice skating, movies and other fun activities. While some of us have known each other for almost 10 years, we welcome newcomers to join our house and share the fun winters together hanging out, skiing or riding.

The house includes Internet, cable and cleaning as needed but we also have a roommate share agreement to help remind everyone how to enjoy the house while keeping it clean for the next person (especially the kitchen).

Cost

$9500-$12,500 for the season
