We are looking for 1-2 more couples to join our ski lease (4 bedroom house with 2 kings, 1 queen, 2 double beds). Also have space for 1-2 additional mid-weekers (@ a reduced rate).

If you are looking for a great place to base your winter adventures out of this season, we’d love to have you join our ski lease for 2023/2024. We’ve got a big house with plenty of space to relax and unwind by a fire after a long day enjoying all that Tahoe has to offer. There is lots of garage space so you can leave your stuff (skis/boards/boots/etc.) here all season; don’t worry about dragging your gear up every weekend!

Dates: December 1, 2023 – April 30, 2024

About the House: 2500 sqft house with 3 car garage and plenty of space to store your winter stuff in the garage: ski, boards, and winter clothes can stay here all season. The house is on a quiet street, right off Pioneer Trail with easy access to everything South Lake has to offer.

– 4 Bed, 2.5 Bath (2 Kings, 1 Queen, 2 Doubles)
– Brand new memory foam mattresses (all rooms except the Queen – that’s an adjustable SleepNumber mattress)
– Fast wifi – 400 mpbs+ (tested on fast.com and speedtest.net)
– 3 car garage (parking for 2 cars, the rest used for storage) and large driveway (parking for 5-6 cars total)
– 3 gas fireplaces (upstairs living room, downstairs living room, primary bedroom)
– 2 living rooms with 55” flat screen TVs. Living rooms are up and downstairs to allow for multiple lounge spaces. There’s also a stellar DVD collection from the previous owners if you’re interested.
– Kitchen: Fully equipped with dishes, glassware, pots, pans, De’Longhi Espresso machine, Zojirushi Rice Cooker, Henckels knives
– Linens, towels: fully stocked
– Laundry room (inside, upstairs)
– Snow Removal Service

– Meyers/Holiday Market: 2.2 miles (5 minutes)
