Join our ski lease share by Sugar Bowl next door to Royal Gorge Resort.

10 mins to Truckee / 30 mins to Palisades / Alpine Meadows / Northstar.

About us:
We are four Bay Area professional couples that share the cabin, mostly on weekends. We enjoy skiing, snowboarding, cross-country, backcountry, sidecountry and a whole lot more! Two friendly well-behaved dogs (Australian shepherd and husky) come up with their owners. We have Sugar Bowl and Ikon passes, and have been known to ski together; definitely enjoy apres and dinners together. Looking for respectful, easygoing, no drama individuals. No smoking / vaping at or around the cabin.

Mid-week ski lease: You’ll have the cabin mostly to yourself with other members occasionally staying during the week. Full kitchen and 2/F living & dining room, wood stove, front and back deck access. If you like, you may book additional available weekend nights via our Google Calendar. You may NOT sublet or STR the room(s). Full-time ski lease waitlist.

Cost:
Assigned 2/F Bedroom: Queen bed @ $2,000- / 1 person or $3,800- / couple with shared 2/F bathroom. The mid-week lease runs Mondays starting at 9am to Fridays ending at 3pm for 50 nights. Dec 1, 2026 to Apr 30, 2027 with holiday blackout dates.
