Truckee ski lease share with hot tub – get your own dedicated room

I live full-time in Truckee in Glenshire, and I have two bedrooms available as a ski lease share dedicated rooms. Enjoy a cozy, comfortable house with plenty of amenities.

Amenities:
* Your own dedicated bedroom.
* Hot tub – I keep this very clean, and do all the work myself.
* Detached 2 car garage. There is plenty of parking in the driveway.
* The garage has a workbench with a setup for ski waxing/tuning.
* Snow removal service included. I have a Honda snowblower too, and happy to teach you how to use it.
* All utilities(power/water/gas/internet) included in rent. I live here fulltime, so it wouldn’t be fair to try and split these.
* House cleaner included – I currently have them clean once a month. If you want additional cleaning, that can be arranged.
* ~30 minutes to Northstar, Alpine Meadows, Palisades Tahoe, Sugarbowl without traffic or snow.
* Laundry machine
* 1 Gig Fiber internet
* Nice kitchen with nice kitchenware
* Gas grill
* Pellet smoker
* Pizza oven
* Friendly 40 pound dog – don’t be allergic
* Roomba
* Level driveway
* etc. I’m probably forgetting things, but this is a comfy house. It has cool stuff.

Small Bedroom – $800/month
* Currently I use this as my office, I will move my office stuff into my bedroom
* It has a full sized bed and a closet

Larger Bedroom – $1000/month
* New queen bed and mattress
* Big closet
* Desk/monitor/keyboard/desk chair(honestly this is not a great desk chair)
* There is enough space for a couple to split this room

About me:
* 39M
* I like to ski/hike/mountain bike/paraglide. I ski roughly 50/50 backcountry and resort.
* I’m on the Ikon pass for carpooling to the resort
* I don’t drink much, and I don’t stay up very late.
* I used to do ski leases before I moved to Truckee, but it’s been a few years.

Ideal Candidates:
* No kids please
* Backcountry skiers/riders would be nice
* Ikon pass holders would be nice for carpooling
* Clean and neat.
* Reasonable and flexible people.
* Not a fulltime roommate. The intention is that you have a place to stay for skiing and such. I’m not quite ready to have a full-time roommate. I consider this an experiment to explore that possibility for the future.
