Membership

We are seeking to add members to split house costs and utility costs equitably. Get in touch and let us know how often you want to come up, whether you need a private room (e.g couples), and whether you are interested in a dedicated room for the season. Rooms and beds are booked by shared calendar, unless you have a dedicated room.

Cost (per season)

Rooms/beds are booked by shared calendar. The cost may vary depending on how many members we end up with.

Spots remaining:
• $2000/person – rooms/beds booked by shared calendar (cost may vary depending how many members we end up with)
• $3000/half room share – dedicated room, two weekends/month
• $6,000/room – dedicated room, unrestricted (full time ok)

A deposit of $600 per person is required to secure your spot. It will be used to share utility costs, and the balance refunded at the end of the lease.
